Return Policy

We don’t encourage any kind of refunds and only replacement of products is applicable. We usually double check our products while packing your order. Incase, if you have any manufacturing defects or damages, you are eligible to return the product ( provided with proper opening video of unwrapping the package). No other reasons are accepted for return or exchange.

Kindly initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving your order in WhatsApp at +91 7708439054 or mail us at support@thelittlebunnies.in with your order details and the opening video of unwrapping the order.

Once the return request is processed, please return the item to the address which we will be sending in your watsapp or mail id within 48 hours of receiving the approval of returns

Please note that the returns are not accepted after this 48 hours window period

The items to be returned should be unused, unwashed , free of stains and with original tags.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of returning item will be guaranteed based on the availability of stock.

In case, if the same item is out of stock, you can select any other product of same price value.

Cancellation Policy

The order once placed cannot be cancelled on any cause.

However, you can modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get us through WhatsApp at +91 7708439054 or e-mail us at support@thelittlebunnies.in with your order details as soon as possible, as we ship it on the same day mostly.
